For hands and feet showing the constrictions of arthritis, injuries, sports, 'hammer toes' and generalized lack of attention. Loosens joints, creates greater freedom of movement of each joint, protects nerves of the feet and toes. 90-120 minute session.

Refine those hard to correct areas, release scarring and scar tissue, and re-inhabit the tiny spaces. Seamlessly integrates with sessions where there is request or need.
Connective Tissue Massage $125.00
CTM is oil free, pain free, and works with the fascial system to create space for muscular comfort and proper alignment. Perfect work for middle of the day office and IT workers, as there is no danger of oil damage to office clothing but deeply relaxing physical response.
SSI ph I & II $135.00
For anyone looking for a quick but effective fix for computer shoulders and neck or chronic neck and shoulder issues. This is a 30-45 minute rehab you do with me. Then back to work with you! Price for individual phase. Second phase approx 20 minutes. Both include relaxing massage finish, approx 1 h total time.
